Who is to Judge the Blood Soaked Bush Administration?

Is it ALLAH or T.V. Talk Show Hosts who know what is truly happening?

The punishment from ALLAH for this out of control, belligerent Administration may be swift or it may be gradual.  But it will be certain

The question is not what the Christian Right thinks of not one of the top 25 of Time Magazine’s leading U.S. Evangelicals unwillingness to speak out against the immorality of the war in Iraq or against the brutal Iraq occupation.  Neither is it important what Chris Matthews of “Hard Ball” or what any of his many expert guests think of the Christian Right being almost totally silent regarding the unjust bloodshed now occurring in Iraq.  But you would think that Mr. Matthews would raise it as a relevant issue since the Christian Right are the very ones who consider themselves as taking more seriously the standards of morality as presented by ALLAH’s Prophets in His Scriptures, than any other group.

Actually, it is not truly important what the opinion of the majority of Americans is about this immoral, anti-humanity silence about Iraq.  The silence or even approval of Senators regarding the immoral war and more immoral occupation are not even important.  After all, how can the majority of Senators speak form their hearts since they are preoccupied with being perceived as objective intellectuals and have a preoccupation with wanting to be reelected.

Neither is the silence of the perspectives of those in a predominantly Republican House of Representatives, an important issue.  Because, in the Republican House there are many who are unable to think beyond protecting and strengthening Israel in order to prepare the way for their image of an anemic but risen Messiah to return to a sterile but safe and secure Israel.

In fact, even the lack of concern for killed, wounded and disfigured Iraqis by the self-important trio of Sean Hannity, Bill O’Reilly or Russ Limbaugh is not important.

In vivid and shocking contrast to the opinions of these persons, what truly is important is this.  It is ALLAH’s view of our misguided nation’s dreadful, immoral complacency regarding the gross bloodshed occurring in Iraq, which is of supreme importance.  Additionally, it is also of extreme relevance what the ALMIGHTY will decide will be the just punishment for our excessive callousness.  So important and relevant are these two topics of His view of our callousness and what our punishment will be, that it seems appropriate that these topics would constantly be talked about and even worried about by concerned Americans.

It also should be of great concern to each American what the ancient Hebrew Prophets Isaiah and Jeremiah or the Hebrew Prophets Ezekiel and Hosea or the Muslim Prophet Muhammad would be saying about the horrible wickedness occurring in Iraq, if each of them were living today.  It is not difficult to guess how terribly strong their condemnation would be about American lack of guilt and lack of concern over the thousands of innocent, precious human beings which were slain in a war of choice and are now dying and being disfigured during an occupation of choice.  The reality that our being in Iraq has close links with the future economic and future fuel needs of the U.S. so that we can continue in our disparate prosperity, would be immediately recognized by each of these perceptive Prophets. Also, what these Prophets would be announcing about what punishment the U.S. deserves for such calloused wickedness should be of tremendous relevance to those who are concerned about the future of the U.S.  Regrettably, however, since the views of ALLAH and the rage of His Prophets do not bring huge profits to T.V. and radio networks, nor do such concerns attract readers to newspapers, virtually nothing is heard about such crucial and relevant issues.  But, GOD and the Prophet’s perspectives on pervading wickedness concerning our treatment of the people of the sovereign nation of Iraq, so that we can manipulate a shallow democracy which benefits us, are extremely relevant and important.

Of course, it would be normal to think such an extremely significant concern as the impending judgment of the U.S. might be something of enough relevance that it would be discussed by those attending U.S. Christian churches but it is not.  Such concerns are usually considered far too radical, somewhat irrelevant and not spiritual enough to be seriously considered by a vast majority of today’s church attendees.  Besides, the prevailing opinion is that what’s happening is in a far off nation, even though American troops are involved, is the U.S. government’s business and does not concern the average church goer.  In a day where the emphasis is more on harmony than on justice, such an issue could paralyze the congregation, hurt church attendance and negatively affect church collections.  So it is considered much wiser to side step such a loaded issue as the immorality of what the U.S. is doing in IRAQ.  Besides, they feel that there are other more important issues than the deaths and disfiguring of so many far away, innocent people.  Additionally, they wonder how it could ever be wrong to force Democracy on a country, even if your own country does have ulterior motives for bringing Democracy and is quite willing to shoot and imprison those who resist being democratized.  So any talk about impending judgment for going about democratizing a sovereign nation in an immoral way must be what Shakespeare refers to as “much ado about nothing.” GOD would certainly know better than to judge such an unselfish and compassionate nation as the U.S. for forcefully imposing Democracy on another sovereign nation.  Since it appears that what is being preached in most churches is not related to the unjust bloodshed occurring in Iraq, we will return to our considerations regarding the T.V. networks.

The views regarding Iraq of somewhat religious people such as Jerry Falwell, Pat Robertson, Pat Buchanan and Condoleezza Rice, do bring money to the networks.  However, each of these persons are themselves so enamored with worshipping the American Idol of Democracy that they appear to consider all innocent blood shed while establishing a Democracy, a wonderful investment in that particular nation’s future prosperity and in our own future prosperity and security.  Not for one moment do any of these persons forget that Iraq’s future potential Democracy has strong links to a future, prosperous U.S., so they do not dare become too radical in their comments.  Therefore, they do not consider suggesting that despite the positives of a potential shallow Democracy, that excessive, innocent blood spilled in our forcing it, could possibly offend ALLAH.  In fact, they could never believe that ALLAH would be so disapproving of such bloodshed that He would bring Judgment on the nation that was forcing Democracy through gun barrel coercion. Their steadfast justification of the bloodshed would remain firm even though the U.S. is bringing Democracy through bullets, rockets and helicopter gun ships.

So it appears that in very practical ways regarding the morality of the leading industrial nation of the world, ALLAH’s standards of morality in reference to unnecessary bloodshed have been replaced by a message of immoral complacency by the T.V. and radio networks. But no one seems to have noticed or do they appear to care.

ALLAH, please be merciful to a deaf, blind and calloused people.  Please, in Your judgment of the U.S., remember mercy.
