Islam Defeats the Mighty U.S./Israeli Alliance

Further exacerbating the injustice caused by the U.S. lust for oil, is the paralyzing fear that U.S. intellectuals and U.S. officials have of being smeared with the ASS term. That is, being accused of being a participant in the Anti-Semitism Syndrome. In order to escape this blatant accusation, these leaders and opinion makers are themselves psychologically coerced and manipulated to consciously or unconsciously participate in a sort of “hate affair” with Arab Muslims and to especially practice prejudice and covert racism against Palestinian Arab Muslims.

This complex mix of realities ends up manipulating academics and leaders to participate in a virtual “love affair” with Israel. As for the U.S. relationship with the unloved, mostly Muslim Arabs, it can be characterized by:

“If you Arabs don’t want to face our overwhelming firepower, you had better cooperate with the U.S. agenda in the Middle East and be satisfied with the crumbs we will reluctantly give to you.

Significantly, contributing to the overwhelming disadvantage which the Arabs have with the U.S. decision influencers and decision makers in their head to head competition with the Israelis for fair treatment, there are virtually insurmountable handicaps. Consequently, I have identified seven main factors which insure that the Israelis are far more likely to receive fair treatment by the U.S. while the Arabs are much more likely to receive unfair treatment. Together these seven factors insure that circumstances will continue to strongly work against Arab interests unless a dynamic new over-riding reality is introduced into the present unjust equation.

Factors Heavily Favoring the Israelis Over the Penalized Arabs

In Their Competitive Relations With the U.S.

The majority of the decision makers and decision influencers in the U.S. have similar roots in European culture as the Israelis. Therefore, the two nations share similar values and so have somewhat of a built in trust relationship. This natural trust that the U.S. has for the Israelis does not exist for the Arabs, but is replaced by an attitude of extreme suspicion and distrust.

2. The U.S. and Israel have similar religious values since Christianity, the majority religion of most U.S. Citizens, has its roots in Judaism. (Significantly, up to this point the main difference between Judaism and Christianity, is Judaism’s present judgment that the Hebrew Messiah which the Christians have accepted, is not the genuine Messiah. This rejection persists even though the Messiah performed numerous miracles of healing etc., was an effective teacher, a man of integrity and fulfilled multiple prophecies of the Hebrew Scriptures through his life and service to others. He even experienced a supernatural resurrection from the dead which is celebrated to various degrees by persons throughout the world.

3. The sympathies of America’s influential leaders are very much with the Israeli people as they strive to build a nation in a relatively hostile environment due to the U.N. awarding Israel land which was already occupied by Arab Muslim and Arab Christian inhabitants. Legitimately resented by the region’s Arabs is the difficult to accept reality that the overwhelming sympathy and support for the former holocaust victims far surpasses any sympathy for these innocent, swindled Palestinians. This absence of sympathy remains constant even though the Palestinians were the unfortunate victims of a bitter betrayal by the untrustworthy British. This betrayal was topped off by an unjust giving away of land by the U.N.; land which did not belong to the U.N., but belonged to the ripped off Palestinians.

4. On top of these factors which were all heavily stacked against the Palestinians, is the interpretation by a relative large portion of the U.S. Christian population, that the Old Testament Hebrew Scriptures justify the unjust giving of Palestinian land to the Jewish people in order to fulfill God’s will for the people of Israel. This well known interpretation of the Old Testament Scriptures, though this land issue is not mentioned in the New Testament, puts much more pressure on the U.S. politicians to aid themselves in their attempts to be re-elected by supporting Israel and making certain that they don’t endanger their re-election chances, by doing any favors for Palestinians or other Arabs, favors to which both Christian voters and Jewish voters would strenuously and vociferously object.

5. On top of these strong four factors giving all the advantages to the Israelis with the Arabs holding an empty bag of empty promises from the Americans, you add one more rip off of the Arabs. A further major disadvantage has been created for them by the relentless pressure put on American policy makers by the exceptionally effective, powerful and wealthy Israeli lobby which has huge support from certain powerful Evangelical Christian voter blocs.

6. Add to these disadvantages for the Arabs, the reality that the U.S. compelling need for oil means that the U.S. also has a need for a reliable military outpost in the predominantly Arab Muslim Middle East to especially insure the smooth flow of relatively cheap to extract Persian Gulf oil. To the further disadvantage of the ripped off Palestinians, the nation of Israel fulfills the need of being that virtually U.S. military out post in the Middle East which the U.S. thinks that it needs in case of an emergency threatening the smooth supply of Arab oil that both the U.S. and the entire world economy is so dependent upon. To have such a lofty concept as more even handed justice for the Palestinians does not begin to be of a high enough U.S. priority to have something so abstract as justice cause a threat to the U.S. high standard of living which is considered a right that Americans should always be able to enjoy.

7. Then a factor providing a final huge blow to the Arabs’ futile hope for a level playing field is the understandable rage that is bound to build in the minds of hundreds if not thousands of Arabs because of the multiple injustices that they are observing which are not being remedied or even acknowledged. Observing this consistent injustice results in some Arabs resorting to terror tactics which result in futile attempts to repress the terror which results in more terror which results in more repression which results in…

So what is the most logical solution to this vicious cycle of exploitation and injustice which inspires more terrorism which results in more exploitation and repression which inspires more terrorism which results in more… and the destructive cycle goes on and on with the chosen solution by both sides being more bullets and more blood.

And of course, as this cycle is repeated, and repeated the stereotype of the Arabs as terrorists and especially the Arab Muslims being stereotyped as terrorists, gets reinforced in the minds of Westerners and further increases the distrust of Arabs in general and especially Arab Muslims. All of this suspicion of Arabs and Arab Muslims unfortunately elevates the stature of the Israelis as being the one people who supposedly know how to effectively deal with terrorists and who know how to keep Arabs in “their place.”

Does Osama Bin Laden have it right when he proclaims that bringing the West to its knees through killing innocents, disrupting the world’s oil supply and crippling the world’s economy is ALLAH’s answer to all of this injustice? Does it truly make sense that ALLAH Himself is leading this man’s organization, Al Qaeda, to maximize the suffering of innocent persons in the world in order to make the world a better place?

No! Osama Bin Laden does not have the solution. Though there is evidence that he has been partially effective in identifying aspects of the problem, he has been an absolute masochistic flop in providing an effective solution to the injustice which permeates especially the Middle East.

Should it surprise anyone that it is ALLAH and not the U.S., and not the U.N. and not Al Qaeda, who has provided the ultimate straight path to the solution? Significantly, Islam, which is submission to ALLAH, is called the “Straight Path”, in the Holy Quran. But over five hundred years before the Quran had used the word “Path” the now risen Messiah had been directed by ALLAH to inform the people of Israel of an exceptionally important key to finding the true path of life. Yet, the majority of Israelis chose to reject his words because they were not willing to submit to ALLAH. He revealed that he, himself, personified the path when he referred to himself not only as the “WAY,” but also as the “Truth” and as the living way by calling himself the “Life.”

The following may sound simplistic in this world that has grown accustomed to confused leaders suggesting complicated solutions that have no chance of working. But I am absolutely convinced that when sufficient numbers of Muslim decision makers and multitudes of ordinary Muslims decide to have ALLAH’s anointed Way, Truth and Life reign in their hearts, in their families and in their religion, dynamic results will soon follow. Yes, the Middle East will begin to change when the doors of hearts, homes and Mosques are opened to ALLAH’s Risen Bethlehem man. Then Islam will have a huge impact on our entire world. Yes, yes, it is ALLAH’s Risen Messiah who will lead Islam in counteracting the tremendous injustice now being driven by the self-appointed Bat Man and Robin dynamic duo of the U.S. and Israel. Because it is ALLAH’s Risen Messiah who is ALLAH’s Solution and it is not the U.S. with its junior partner, Israel.

But please Oh Islam, do not be confused by the virtually total failure that the supposedly Christian government of the U.S. has made of representing the Risen Messiah to the people of our wounded world. Because what the U.S. has attempted to do in wrapping the Mighty Man of Bethlehem in the garments of Consumerism, Militarism and U.S. Global Dominance and then shamelessly proclaiming that these are the fruits of GOD’s blessing us due to our “Christian” values, is a bold faced Lie.

No! If Islam also gives only lip service to ALLAH’s Risen Man from Bethlehem, the results will be as exploitive and deceptive for Islam as they have been for Christianity. But if Islam truly exalts and obeys the Word of ALLAH in its midst as its Risen Messiah, a renewed Islam will truly bring great blessing to the Middle East and to the entire world.

ILHAMDILILLAH!

For any person who may think I am exaggerating regarding the extreme fear of being accused of being anti-semitic even in a scholarly format, for criticizing Israeli policy, the May 19, 06 issue of “The Nation” magazine will open his or her eyes. Two distinguished professors, Mearsheimer of the University of Chicago and Walt of Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government could not even get their scholarly 82 page article entitled, “The Israeli Lobby” published in the U.S., due to the U.S. publishers’ paranoia about the potential fervent accusations of being anti-semitic. So these two scholars were forced to turn to the “London Review of Books” in England in order for their article to be published. Perhaps you would expect this type of shocking treatment in the former totalitarian SovietUnion but not by the supposedly free press of the U.S. As the two scholars expected, after their paper’s release, horrible things were said about them in the U.S., the least of which labeled them as anti-semitic.

What makes this vitriolic attack and fire storm against the two respected academics even more absurd in the Middle Eastern mind is this. The two sincere men only brought out into the open information that should be obvious to every knowledgeable person. That is, that the powerful and influential Israeli lobby is quite effective in accomplishing what it gets paid millions of dollars to do. These especially effective Israeli lobbyists influence the U.S. foreign policy toward Israel and the Middle East and make certain the U.S. policy bends toward favoring what Israeli leaders desire. And these leaders desperately want the current war and occupation to occur in order to help Israel’s security. But for stating the obvious in an open forum, the two professors have virtually sabotaged their potential for advancement in their own professional careers because you cannot criticize Israel in the U.S., without paying a heavy price. But in vivid contrast, severe criticism of Arabs and Palestinians is so common that virtually no one notices it when it occurs.

Yes! Yes! Yes! When the men of Islam finally acknowledge the truth of the enlightened understanding of An-Nisa 4:157, that His courageous Messiah did die but rose from death, is the understanding that pleases ALLAH, Islam will be showered with new exciting opportunities. Then, when these Islamic leaders also realize that the one man whom the Holy Quran proclaims to be eminent in both this world and in the next, also receives the eminence in Islam which is definitely due him, a new day will dawn in the Middle East. And the glow of that new day will be so bright that it will fully expose to partially blind American and Israeli leaders the damage being done to innocent Arabs by the unholy American/Israeli Alliance.
