Does the Pope Think ALLAH Has a Mother?

The following quotation is an historical fact stated in Luke 1:43. That is, the very pregnant elderly mother of Yahya/John the Baptist, while she was still carrying the future Prophet in her womb, greeted her also pregnant virgin relative with this amazing greeting. "But why am I so favored that the mother of my Lord should come to me."

Yes, there is also another crucial historical reality that merits our close attention. The human theologians of the early Catholic church took Elizabeth's honorable title that she personally bestowed upon Mary/Maryam, and unfairly embellished that title far beyond what the Wisdom of ALLAH intended. Under the authority and zeal of the Catholic Church, but not under the authority of GOD, the Church transformed Elizabeth's intended Lord Messiah into the title of a virtual new deity. That is, in the minds of those over-zealous, extrapolating human theologians, Mary, the human virgin mother of GOD's Messiah, Isa/Jesus, was incorrectly transformed into the eternal mother of GOD. Thus, she was unfortunately exalted by the very human Catholic Church to become known as the "Mother of GOD.", or in Arabic, "Mother of ALLAH".

Therefore, in the wise mind of the Prophet Muhammad, this church's man-made title bordered on virtual polytheism. For the Prophet knew most certainly that the Eternal ALLAH does not have a mother. Therefore, it was wrong for Catholic Christians to state that ALLAH did have a mother. So the Prophet unilaterally decided that there was no way that he would allow such a misleading man invented almost polytheistic concept to be closely associated with Islam since Islam has a pure emphasis on the absolute Oneness of ALLAH.

Consequently, the Prophet decided that the people of Islam definitely needed to have a delay in their fully understanding the more complex but true meaning of An-Nisa 4:157 and 158. For to have the powerful reality of the Messiah's death and resurrection come to Islam too early in its development posed the definite danger of over exposing Islam to a wrong concept about the Messiah's Virgin Mother that was far too close to polytheism. And he felt that theological degeneration would occur if Muslims became too closely associated with Christian Catholics through their mutual embracing of the correct understanding of ALLAH's Messiah's cruel murder but His triumphant resurrection.

The Prophet Knew the Correct Meaning

Through ALLAH's Might and Wisdom, the Prophet did realize that An-Nisa's two verses actually do teach that His now Risen Messiah did totally defeat his own temporary death. So the Prophet unilaterally decided that it must be at a later time when all Muslims would fully embrace this wonderful truth, about the Messiah's triumph over death, when Islam became stronger. So he sincerely thought that at that later time, wise Muslim leaders and/or followers would emerge when Islam would be strong like it now is. So at that future time these enlightened leaders would help all Islam make the needed transition of embracing this newly revealed glorious truth about the Quran's Risen Messiah. That ALLAH's great Wisdom and Might (4:158) had empowered him to gloriously triumph over death and Israeli cruelty rather than the current wrong conclusion that ALLAH covertly aided him to secretly escape from both death and the cruel Israeli leadership.

Yes, this new understanding more honorably and correctly unveils ALLAH's triumphant, now living Messiah. Indeed, through this fresh perspective, the Holy Quran's Messiah is far more worthy of the Holy Quran than he is through the false interpretation. Therefore, it is now ALLAH's Will that this more honorable view of His Messiah who is wajih/eminent both in this world and in the next (Al-Imran 3:45), immediately replace the unworthy myth of a CIA type look-like Messiah being crucified instead of ALLAH's true anointed Messiah being the unjust victim of Israel's unmitigated cruelty. Because he truly did courageously endure a barbaric Roman crucifixion that was blatantly Israeli manipulated. Nevertheless, by ALLAH's empowerment, His Messiah triumphed over his own savage murder at the cruel hands of the calloused Israelis.

Indeed, those who revere the Quran must now finally acknowledge this definite fact. The dishonorable substitute created by certain Muslim men's imaginations, is emphatically unworthy to be considered as thought to be portrayed in Islam's Holy Quran. Instead, it is only the true Messiah, the son of the virgin Maryam/Mary, who ALLAH raised to Himself (An-Nisa 4:158), who, with ALLAH's empowerment defeated death. He is definitely the only eminent one/wajih, who is spoken of in the Holy Quran. So it is only he whom ALLAH found totally worthy to defeat not only death but who also defeated the despicable plot of certain wicked Jewish leaders to forever destroy the life of ALLAH's innocent Messiah.

The Irony of Pope's Message for Middle Eastern Women

Across the lower part of my T.V. screen on May 10, 2009, the U.S. Mother's Day, flashed the following sincere and well-meaning message from predominantly Muslim Jordan.

This sincere but ineffective gesture was quite sweet from the de facto head of the largest group of our world's Christians. But naively, this sincere man did not come near to addressing the issue of why the Middle East Muslim women are often cruelly exploited by too many Middle East Muslim men.

This one 76 year old retired Seattle school counselor may be the only one in the world who recognizes the most significant source of this exploitation. Due to hundreds of hours of prayer and study about this issue, ALLAH has opened my eyes to where I believe I see both the problem and the solution for Mid East women. As simplistic as it may seem, the tilt toward oppression of women in Middle East Islam consistently funnels back to Islam's insistence on wrongly understanding the true meaning of only two of the thousands of verses in the Holy Quran.

For until An-Nisa 4:157 and 158 can be understood in a less simplisticly distorted way, the living victorious, triumphant, healing Messiah will continue to tragically be locked out of Mid East lslam. So it must no longer be demanded that those two key verses be absolutely understood to teach that the Messiah did not die. Because that harsh, dogmatic understanding of these two key verses ruthlessly and unfairly eliminate his glorious ALLAH-empowered Resurrection referred to in 4:158. Therefore, if the now living man from Bethlehem continues to be locked out of Islam, it should be obvious that he is not now being allowed to aid and even rescue Muslim women.

So it is not sympathetic words from a compassionate but naive Pope, to which ALLAH desires Muslim women to have access. Rather, these precious women must have direct access to the very spiritual presence of the compassionate, healing, now living Messiah himself. And until someone or perhaps a medical condition ends my frail life, I will continue to plead for both Muslims and Christians to examine and re-examine the true intended meaning of these two vital verses. Then, finally they will realize that correctly understanding their triumphant message holds the key to significantly helping 700,000,000 partially imprisoned Muslim women and girls.

Sadly, the Pope may go right ahead and offend Muslims by appearing to insist that ALLAH/GOD has a mother. Then, while insisting on this barrier to understanding ALLAH, he can pleasantly continue to politely request that Muslim men be nicer to Muslim women. But such a superficial approach by either Muslim leaders or by Christian leaders blatantly misses the point. Leaders must realize that without the dynamic presence of ALLAH's Living Messiah Man from Bethlehem, who is now outside compassionately knocking at the locked gates of Islam, pleading to be allowed to participate in Muslim life, the battle for relief for most Muslim women will be lost. And it will be all Muslims, but especially Muslim girls and women, who will continue to lose and to lose and to lose.

In contrast, when the compassionate, Risen Messiah's patient, soft knocking will finally be heard, resulting in the gates of Islam even being slowly opened, his healing presence will begin to change men's hearts and sometimes even their harsh attitudes. Then Muslim women and girls will reap the benefit. At that time their precious lives will begin the wonderful but sometimes slow process of healing and becoming more fulfilled.
