Five Unholy Crimes Against the Holy QuranThese Five Unholies Against the Quran Excuse Israel of Messiah's Murder It has been a profound loss for all the precious people of Islam that their leaders have missed the main point of two of the most important and dramatic verses in the entire Holy Quran. Therefore, all of Islam has been denied each of the positive benefits of knowing that the living, loving triumphant Messiah now resides in their midst. The factual and documented reality is that the Holy Quran repeatedly and authoritatively proclaims that its own message confirms the earlier Scriptures. And those Scriptures emphasize again and again both the Messiah's death and his triumphant resurrection. Therefore, logic demands that Islam finally acknowledge that it is definitely ALLAH's Will that An Nisa 4:157 no longer be understood literally, word for word. For to continue to do so categorically denies that ALLAH's Messiah was executed, and was then miraculously raised alive by ALLAH three days later, as the earlier Scriptures emphatically proclaim. Therefore, when Islam totally denies his execution and resurrection, Islam also totally contradicts and rejects the earlier Scripture which the Holy Quran repeatedly emphasizes that it respects and confirms. Also, this interpretation by Islam ignores the reality that it does become true that the Messiah was not truly killed when the Quran emphatically states that he was not literally killed or crucified. For any one who is truly killed and truly crucified is not walking around three days later after ALLAH raised him from death. So in the strict sense of what the Quran's words actually mean, he was definitely not truly killed or truly crucified because he was raised alive. Significantly, it is only one major factor that has prevented Muslims from being able to grasp the true intended meaning of the important phrase, "shubbiiha lahum" – "it appeared so unto them." (the Jews) Thus, it is extremely important to resolve this major factor because when the purpose of this key phrase is understood in the way it was originally intended to be understood, that it was the Jews who had the wrong impression about Isa being permanently dead, it liberates Muslims from any longer ignoring and contradicting the confirmation assurances about the earlier Scriptures contained in their own Holy Quran. That major factor to be resolved is Islam's relentless demand for literalness by all Muslims in their understanding of each of the strong phrases used in An Nisa 4:157. Because when an unreasonable obedience to literalness becomes the key factor and wrongly replaces obedience to the teachings of the Quran, it forces Muslim leaders to succumb to the temptation of placing literalness above obedience. So this counterproductive bondage to literalness militantly discourages each Muslim from expending the mental effort to determine what is the true intent of these strong phrases. Because when a slavish servitude to literalness becomes the primary goal rather than the more noble goal of thoughtful obedience to major themes of the Holy Quran, Muslims unintentionally end up committing no less than five serious crimes against their own Holy Quran when they mistakenly take these phrases as literal, word for word truth and refuse to consider any other options than a literal understanding of these strong phrases. So now the vital task for Islam is for wise and courageous Muslim leaders to strive to disentangle themselves and rescue Islam from the five (5) crimes that result from the serious error of over simplified literalness. For in addition to the five crimes which Islam has become guilty of in order to accommodate this literalness, they also deny all of Islam the benefit and blessing of knowing that ALLAH's Risen Messiah is right now residing in their midst. So now they can finally know that they are no longer forced by their cruel servitude to literalness to understand the term "shubbiiha lahum" as requiring a CIA type of fantastic scenario in order to accommodate the supposedly implied command to be literal when they try to explain the verse's strong phrases. The Five Unholy Crimes Against The Holy QuranSo what are the five crimes against the Holy Quran which all Muslims are now required to commit if they continue in their bondage of taking literally, word for word, phrases such as "they killed him not nor crucified him" and "they have no knowledge but conjecture?" Crime 1: When they interpret "shubbiiha lahum" the way they presently insist upon doing they wrongly choose to partially sacrifice the precious integrity of ALLAH by temporarily making Him complicit in a contrived and shameful CIA type deception. Crime 2: They disrespectfully convert the Quran's Messiah, who the Quran awards the unique honor of being eminent not only in the world but also in the next, into being a much less noble and much less courageous Messiah. This inferior Messiah that they have forced on the Quran by their invented scenario chose to flee from a painful death rather than to courageously endure great suffering. Crime 3: They make the Quran blatantly contradict itself when this literal understanding of not being killed nor crucified is insisted upon since it flagrantly disagrees with the clear teaching of the earlier Scriptures in which the Quran repeatedly states that it confirms which often speak of the Messih's death and intended resurrection. Crime 4: They force the Quran to cancel the clear meaning of other verses in the Quran which do clearly make reference to the Messiah's death and even to his resurrection. Crime 5: They deliberately ignore the Quran's explicit instructions to the Prophet Mohammad to allow the teaching of the earlier Scriptures to be the determining factor when there is doubt about the meaning of a particular revelation. (Yunis 10:94) So once the wrong decision has been made by Islam's leaders to make these five great sacrifices of the Holy Quran's integrity, an evil gate has been opened wide. Islam has unintentionally opened this gate of disintegrity in order to accommodate the supposed binding literalness of the strong phrases in this one Quranic verse. They have done this when they have invented a fantastic and implausible scenario in order to explain "shubbiiha lahum." Significantly, a wild scenario that has been invented in order to explain shubbiiha lahum of someone else being on the cross who appeared to be Isa but who was not Isa because a deceptive ALLAH had covertly taken Isa away. Yes, this crazy explanation is way beyond what even Carl Rove, Cheney, Bush or the CIA could have invented. Tragically, this fabricated, elaborate scenario has been repeated so often throughout the years that it is now treated by all Muslims as indisputable fact which no Muslim has a right to question. Nevertheless, any thinking Muslim teenager should say about this fantastic Islamic myth: "Come on man! Get Real!"But praise be to ALLAH. There is a very reasonable explanation that totally resolves these blatant contradictions. It is now to be realized that the profound An Nisa 4:157 is to be understood to be using emphatic, even shocking statements in order to maximize the exposure and humiliation of First Century murderous Jewish leaders. For when these statements of the Messiah not being killed are informed by the following verse of ALLAH raising him up alive, the two verses together emphatically reveal that ALLAH totally humiliated His own Messiah's callous murderers. Their total humiliation occurred when ALLAH decisively and even abruptly defeated their evil plot to forever end His Messiah's life when He raised him up alive after his death. And this is precisely the message that the next emphatic verse so gloriously delivers. Thus, An Nisa 4:157 with its unique strong wording is informed by the triumphant resurrection of verse 158 which emphasizes the guilty murderers resounding defeat by ALLAH when He gloriously raised the Quran's Messiah up alive. "But ALLAH raised him up unto Himself and ALLAH is Mighty-Wise." In my own weak but sincere attempt to capture the true intent of these two profound verses, I have written this overly simple poem. In it I try to reveal what "appeared so unto them / shubbiiha lahum" is actually intended to convey. Shubbiiha lahum (It Appeared To Them)Did the Messiah truly die But no deception Those Jews hated him But eternal death His cruel execution But permanently kill him Totally humiliated In his tomb What is the final lesson of An Nisa 4:157 and 158? What is the wonderful message of their summary when they are understood as a unit being completed by the glorious triumph of ALLAH using His own Might and Wisdom to triumphantly raise His Messiah up alive? Yes, those Jews and Romans who murdered ALLAH's Messiah did not truly kill him or truly crucify him. Why? Because it was really themselves who were totally defeated though they experienced a temporary victory. In contrast, it was the Messiah who was truly victorious though he experienced a temporary defeat. Yes, it is for certain that because of the Wisdom and Might of ALLAH in raising him up alive, ALLAH's Messiah was neither truly killed nor was he truly crucified. In contrast, it was his murderers who were the ones who were truly defeated. So he who appeared to them (shubbiiha lahum) to have been killed and defeated was neither killed or defeated. Instead he was eternally victorious and is even now very much alive, but he sadly observes Islam struggling in It's confusion about his death and triumphant resurrection. This understanding of the true meaning of these two profound verses is the only understanding which truly honors the Holy Quran and Islam and also truly honors both the ALLAH and the Messiah of the Holy Quran. For both ALLAH and His Messiah are everywhere else honorably portrayed in the Holy Quran and are also honorably portrayed in An Nisa 4:157 when that magnificant verse is understood the way it is meant to be understood. Significantly, there is no fair comparison between the honor for the Holy Quran when reasonableness is rightfully restored by this new understanding with the dishonor for the Quran when the old undignified circus type CIA scenario is forced upon the understanding of shubbiiha lahum. But a CIA type scenario is what occures if the glorious ALLAH supposedly arranged for the true courageous Messiah to covertly escape while a look-a-like substituted for him on the cross. So the understanding of ALLAH's courageous Messiah totally defeating both death and also defeating the Israeli perpetrators of a horrible murder, is the only understanding of An Nisa 4:157, 158 which rightfully holds the vicious murderers responsible for their detestable crime. In contrast to forcing responsibility on Israel, Islam's present position is to shamefully make the Holy Quran unjustly complicit in Israel's avoidance of responsibility for this cruel, public murder. So this correctable circumstance presents vital questions which must be publicly addressed by wise Islamic leaders: Does Islam wish to continue committing this unholy crime against the Holy Quran of wrongly exempting ancient Israel from this significant murder and thus deny the Quran's Messiah of his glorious resurrection from death? Is Islam too intimidated by the powerful Zionist leaning U.S. and Zionist Israel to risk the inevitable negative and potentially hysterical response that will be generated by Islam's bold response of finally holding ancient Israel responsible for this callous, illegal public execution? If this risk averse approach is Islam's final response to these two profound verses, this will leave Islam's leaders foolishly sitting still with their hands complacently folded, despite all the overwhelming evidence to expose the preposterous enduring fabrication that this very public murder of ALLAH's only Messiah did not occur. But, because ALLAH can do all things, we can be assured that He will soon find honorable, courageous Muslim men and women who will make certain that ALLAH and His Truth will now be triumphant. They will now insist upon a reasonable and correct understanding of these two significant and profound verses located in the Holy Quran's An Nisa. Also, when this is done, Islam will quite possibly be more vigorous in holding Israel responsible for their current despicable crimes against Palestinians. For those leaders who would attempt to eliminate any or all of these crimes against the Holy Quran by protesting that the Quran's Al Imran 3:78 states that the previous scriptures have been distorted or changed, there are two facts that cancel such a protest. 1. This verse makes clear that the changes were not made with pens but were made with tongues. So to insist that this verse suggests that major changes were made in the previous Scriptures is an irresponsible mischarterization of this verse's true intent. 2. It must be acknowledged that if any Jew or Christian were to have been changing any Scriptures they would most certainly have totally deleted the fifteen incriminating, humiliating Scriptures that still remain about the Jews both eating their children or callously burning them to death in sacrificial fires. So protesting that the Scriptures were permanently changed simply does not carry validity as a reasonable argument. Please read these fourteen Old Testament Scriptures about Jews eating their own children or burning them to death in sacrificial fires: Eating Children: Deuteronomy 28:53; Jeremiah 19:9; Lamentations 2:20; 4:10; Isiah 9:20; Ezekiel 5:10; II Kings 6:29,29. Sacrificing Living Children in Fires: Psalm 106:36-38; II Chronicles 28:3 & 33:6; Jeremiah 7:31 & 19:5; Ezekiel 16:20,21 & 23:39. back to "Late 2007 - 2010" page __________________________________________________________ _________________________________________ __________________________ _____________ |
