The Living Messiah's China, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam and MexicoThe following is my own partial paraphrase of the former radical Rabbi from Tarsus' last verses to the followers of the Risen Messiah living in the capital of the Roman Empire; Rome. "The Eternal GOD has commanded that the writings of the Prophets reveal and proclaim Jesus Christ so that all nations will believe in and obey him. This is according to the mystery that has been hidden for long ages past but has now been revealed through the prophetic writings." The Second Psalm, Verse 8"Ask of me and I will make the nations your inheritance, the ends of the earth your possession." The next to last two verses of the former Internal Revenue Service Hebrew tax collector, Matthew, who became a follower of ALLAH's now Risen Man from Bethlehem. "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me therefore go and make disciples of all nations." Significantly, these words recorded by this former despised Israeli government tax collector were spoken by the Messiah after he had been raised by ALLAH from death and that raising is confirmed in the Holy Quran's An Nisa 4:158. The common thread that I am emphasizing in these words from the Psalm, from the former radical rabbi's letter to persons in the capital of the most powerful and pervasive empire in the history of man and in the writings of one formerly despised Israeli tax collector, is this binding thread. And this same theme is also mentioned in numerous other Scriptures. In addition to GOD giving authority to His Risen Messiah to be the future Judge of all persons and nations, ALLAH has also presented to him every last nation as his inheritance. This is the blinding thread in the Psalms, in the Prophets and also in the New Testament (Injeel). This not only means that it is the Risen, omnipresent Messiah who is the possessor of all nations but it also has this important explicit implication. Each and every time arrogant, self confident leaders such as Robert McNamara and others of the best and brightest, Henry Kissinger, Richard Nixon, George Bush and Dick Cheney make totally unjust, savage, destructive decisions regarding a relatively defenseless people such as were the Vietnamese, the Laotians, and the Iraqis, it is the future possession of GOD's living Messiah which they are consciously choosing to bring destruction upon. Yet, it is he who will be their future judge. Nevertheless, it is his possessions that they have unwisely chosen to savage. This fact has extremely ominous implications for their eternal future. The same can be said of Paul Wolfowitz, Douglas Feith and numerous Pentagon official's complicity in the arrogant decision to preemptively savage Iraq. This innocent nation which had an arrogant, savage leader who could have been dealt with in a variety of other ways that would not have savaged tens of thousands of innocent people in Iraq, is one more nation among all the world's nations which is a precious possession of the omnipresent now living Messiah of ALLAH, who is also the Living Messiah of the Scriptures of the Injeel and also is the Eminent (Wajeh) Messiah of the Holy Quran. And it is not difficult to imagine that the Risen Messiah takes special note of these arrogant men. Additionally, he has tremendous indignation toward a powerful and arrogant nation, which allows and even facilitates its powerful and arrogant leaders to treat inhumanely much weaker and often innocent nations. And though the passage of time may make the entire population of the aggressor nation forget their own nation's deplorable crimes, the passage of much time has no role in causing the Risen Man to forget what needlessly happened to the precious people in one of his own precious possessions. So this particular theme of the Risen Messiah possessing the nations is either alluded to or directly mentioned in numerous places in the Scriptures. Regretfully, however, most readers of the Scriptures do not think deeply enough about the implications of such Biblical announcements to realize that these significant passages have direct links to the savage conduct of men and nations today. Consequently, the guilty perpetrators will most certainly receive their negative consequences at a rapidly approaching tomorrow which will be the universal Day of Judgment. But this theme is almost never acknowledged even behind the closed doors of churches. But especially is this Biblical truth not acknowledged within the corridors of world powers where those who have assumed the mantel of world leadership congregate. Nor is the authority of the Risen Messiah over the nations ever considered in the prestigious institutes such as the Brookings Institute or at a Council such as the Council on Foreign Relations International Affairs, Center for Strategic Budgetry Assessments. Nor is the authority of the Messiah over the nations ever recognized in any of the world's hundreds of political science departments at any of the world's universities. Though there are many, many professors in many political science departments who profess to acknowledge and respect the authority of the Bible, there would be one place they would definitely draw the line on appropriateness. They would never no never consider bringing up for discussion the possibility of the living authoritative Messiah having any relevance to any of the momentous decision that world leaders and diplomats make. Nor would any leaders dare bring up the reality that is mentioned many, many times in the authoritative Scriptures that it will be the Risen Messiah Himself who will be the future Judge of all men and women everywhere from all nations. But especially it is relevant that He will be the future Judge of these arrogant calloused leaders who work so hard at defying ALLAH's sacred principles of morality by killing and maiming thousands of precious humans in weaker nations. U.S. Exploitation of MexicoIt isn't through just killing and maiming that a more powerful such as the U.S. nation brings much great suffering when a powerful nation uses its leverage to bring severe economic damage to weaker nations. To see how this occurs, we will observe some significant observations from the August 10th, Nation Magazine article by Jeff Faux about the exploitation of Mexico by the U.S. descriptively entitled "So Far From GOD, So Close To Wall St." Mr. Faux wrote: "Several years ago I gave a speech to a group of businesspeople in Mexico City. Those from multinational banks and corporations thought NAFTA was a great success, but one Mexican small businessmen saw it differently. 'You Americans promised that with your technology and our cheap labor, we'd be partners in competing with Asia. Then you opened up your markets to China and invested there instead. Sure, we can make TV parts for half what it costs in the United States. But the Chinese can make them, and ship them, for a tenth. So instead of closing the gap between Mexico and the United States by raising wages, we have to narrow the gap between Mexico and China by lowering them.'" "When I mentioned the conversation to a New York investment banker who had lobbied for NAFTA, he conceded that his side may have talked vaguely about partnership with Mexico. But he shrugged and added, 'Things changed - that is, profit opportunities in China dwarfed anything Mexico had to offer'." The promise to Mexico from NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) was in Faux's words "the promise that the free trade in goods and money would transform Mexico into a booming middle-class economy, dramatically reducing illegal integration and creating a vast market for U.S. and, to a lesser extent, Canadian exports." The fifteen years since those empty promises were made have seen nothing but deterioration for Mexico with the poverty and drug situation being so bad that out migration has doubled from what it was before all the false promises from America encouraged NAFTA. But if so many Mexicans were caused to suffer so much, who was it that were major facilitators of the NAFTA prevarications which caused so many voiceless poverty stricken Mexicans to suffer so much? According to writer Jeff Faux "On both sides of the U.S.-Mexico border, labor-market competition has kept wages down. At the top, income and wealth have ballooned. It is no accident that among NAFTA's prominent godfathers were former Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin (Democrat) and former Federal Reserve chair Alan Greenspan (Republican), whose fingerprints are all over the current financial disaster." As writer Faux duly notes, "The Wall Streeters had little interest in making Mexico more competitive Their purpose was just the opposite: to disconnect themselves and their corporate partners from the fate of any country." My point is this. Since no matter how loud any skeptics shout that there is no GOD who cares, the empty tomb in Jerusalem two thousand years ago exposes their lie about GOD not existing. And that Messiah who was raised alive from the tomb (An-Nisa 4:158) will be judging those persecutors of the poverty stricken Mexicans because Mexico belongs to him. And whether the observations I am writing on my website ever penetrates their calloused hearts, their souls will eventually have deep regret over how their decision affected our living Messiah's precious possessions. Consequently, from my perspective, the presumptive persons such as Robert Rubin and Alan Greenspan whose fingerprints are all over the current world financial disaster have much to fear at the Day of Judgment. Corruption Attacks the Living Messiah's Precious ChinaI have heard reports that in this supposedly Godless China there have been recent periods when as many as ten thousand persons per day have turned in faith and trust to ALLAH's ever present, living Messiah. My own hope and prayer is especially this for these vast multitudes of those who inhabit what is known as the Middle Kingdom. That many, many of those who are engaged in the pervasive corruption in China which ultimately attacks the food and financial life lines of especially the poor in the hinterlands, will have their consciences restored through a true encounter with the honesty, integrity and accountability that is a result of being enveloped by light personified when a person embraces the now living man from Bethlehem. The Messiah himself stated that he who follows him "shall not walk in darkness but shall have the light of life." And having the light of life means to not only not be involved in damaging corruption but to also actively resist it, fight against it and expose it. China has hundreds of millions of relatively poor people living in its somewhat isolated vast interior where it takes weeks for their products to reach the ports for export. Consequently, the government of China is spending billions on bridges, tunnels, highways, etc. to build a more adequate and efficient infrastructure. This spending is not a luxury but a necessity. For instance, a manmade Baling River Bridge spanning 1.4 miles a quarter of a mile above the Baling River is a marvel of engineering bridge that gives much improved access for the products of thousands of farms and rice fields. It will radically reduce travel time for streams of trucks and cars that travel a highway that connects the provincial capital, Guiyang with the nearest big city, Kumming. Shockingly, the residents in the area the bridge serves now have an average salary of $150 per year. So they see the new bridge as crucial to economic development. And so it is with tens of thousands of ambitious and expensive public-works infrastructure projects throughout China to build ports, airports, highways, bridges, schools, hospitals and railroads. It is estimated that China will spend $450 billion over the next several years on these urgently needed new infrastructure projects. It is observed that the new projects will do more than cushion China from the economic fall that was actually triggered by evil, greedy, already wealthy men in the U.S. banking industry who must answer to ALLAH's Risen Messiah for the deep hardship and suffering they have brought even to the small farms and rice paddies of inland china as well as to the country's manufacturing and export sectors. For China must stimulate its domestic demand and reduce its economic reliance on exports. So the new projects will substantially make it much easier for both commerce and people to move around that vast nation and stimulate China's immense domestic potential. One of the key projects for which the government is soliciting bids is for the Hon Kong-Zuhai-Macau 16.5 mile bridge and tunnel complex that will allow connections among 35 ports in the Pearl River Delta which is the cradle of China's economic boom. When completed in 2015 this important infrastructure improvement will cut driving time from Hong Kong to the industrial area of Zuhai from about 4 hours to 30 minutes. The Corruption EnemyHere is the main enemy of both the projects and the poverty stricken Chinese people, a people whom the Risen Messiah loves dearly. Because ALLAH has created man with the ability to make free choices, powerful men's greed can urge them to make evil choices for which the evil perpetrators will spend their entire eternity paying the penalty for their corrupt choices. Corruption attacks the poor of the Chinese people from two main evil sources. The greed comes from the wealthy U.S. bankers who may obscenely appear to be pious church attending Christians. But GOD sees a person whose conscience has been scorched by a red hot iron so that he can only think of corrupt ways to make himself fatter with wealth, with no regard or compassion for the persons throughout the entire world who suffer horribly because of his evil greed. The Dreadful Story of Al-Quran's QarunThere is a dire warning from both the Quran and the Injeel for the greedy, wealthy bankers etc. of this 21st century who caused the great suffering brought about by the world financial disaster that their evil greed created. The greedy Qarun described in a story in Al-Qasas was so wealthy that the keys to his treasures were too heavy for even several strong men to carry. When he publicly displayed the glitter of his immense wealth as so many wealthy, greedy Americans often do, ALLAH caused the earth to engulf both him and his palace. Dr. Luke's gospel' portrays a similar reality reserved for those men who are so pregnant with wealth that they have often accumulated through their own robbing of the poor. In this story from the now Risen Messiah's imagination of how it will be when the greedy die, was this horrifying description. The rich man who has arrived in Hell begs Father Abraham to fulfill two separate requests both of which were denied because of both his own greed and the callousness of his five brothers in ignoring evidence of GOD raising a man from the dead. It is quite significant that the refusal of Abraham to give no other additional reason for the five brothers to believe than someone being raised by GOD from the dead, is the very excuse that all of Islam uses for not believing in the Messiah. And as far as wealthy, greedy Americans believing in the Messiah's being raised alive, theirs is a head belief that does not realize that the true resurrection, according to Acts 17:31, is a confirmation that they will be judged with justice for the suffering they have brought to others such as the suffering of tens of millions of poor Chinese caused by the greed of wealthy U.S. bankers. The other request that the wealthy greedy man had for Father Abraham as he was in agony in hell was this: "Father Abraham, have pity on me. Send Lazarus (a poor man whose poverty the rich man had ignored while they both were alive) to dip the tip of his finger in water to cool my tongue because I am in agony in this fire." Contract CorruptionThe second way that corruption attacks the poor of China is this. The large, expensive infrastructure projects that will greatly aid the poorest people of China by so improving their mobility and their moving of products, requires great outlays of cash by the government. So this free flow of cash for these enormous cash-intensive projects requires a tremendous amount of subcontracting. And because so many of the subcontractors and government bureaucrats who are arranging the subcontracts have consciences which have so much scar tissue that they can no longer distinguish right from wrong, a large amount of the money is stolen by the subcontractors or is wasted in huge bribes. Additionally, many times the subcontractors do substandard work that will easily collapse in natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, etc. Therefore, one of the greatest and most effective deterrents to devastating, destructive corruption is a pervasive awareness that those guilty of corruption will be totally accountable to the Risen Messiah. For he is deeply distressed when the people who he loves so dearly are callously robbed by greedy, evil men. He will not forget their evil when it is their time for judgment. So a pervasive awareness of responsible accountability required by the ever present, knowing, observing Messiah can do much to deter corruption. Exploited, Unappreciated Saudi ArabiaFor whatever ALLAH's reasons were, he saw fit centuries upon centuries ago to place beneath the thousands of square miles of sands of the Arabian dessert, oceans of black gold. And in the industrial world that has dominated the world economy for the last seventy-five years, Saudi Arabia has not only been the home of Islam. This strategic nation has also been the main custodian of the world's oil and from my observation; it has been a responsible nation that has demonstrated wise leadership in helping the world economy function reasonably well. Yet, possibly due to jealousy over a combination of its religious leadership and being the main supplier of the world's fuel, this nation seems to be in the top three of the world's most hated nations, behind Israel and the U.S. Of course the United States needs to do everything possible for a broad variety of reasons to radically reduce its major dependence on Middle Eastern oil. But despite a majority of the 9/11 hijackers being from Saudi Arabia, that is absolutely no justification for anyone in the U.S. to blame the government of Saudi Arabia for our Major dependence on Saudi oil which Saudi Arabia has consistently cooperatively supplied. Saudi Chairman of Research and Islamic Studies Upset at U.S.In the Sept., Oct. '09, Foreign Policy Journal, it was Saudi Prince Turki al-Faisal who seemed to reveal the instincts of a true statesman in his article entitled "Why Barack Obama's Energy-Independence Talk is Just Demagoguery." What exactly does this pregnant with meaning demagoguery word mean? According to the Encarta Microsoft Dictionary, "a demagogue is a political leader who gains power by appealing to people's emotions and prejudices rather than their rationality." So to what rhetoric by President Obama was the former director of Saudi Intelligence and former Ambassador to the U.S. referring when he cited the U.S. President for the very low level and crude behavior of demagoguery? Here are Prince Al-Turkis own words describing why he is indeed disillusioned at the way the U.S. President is ready to appeal to the lowest level of the U.S. public's emotions. So he is willing to totally count for nothing all the ways that the Saudi oil industry has over the years consistently come to the aid of both the U.S. economy and the entire world economy. His caustic words were: "Energy independence has become a byword on the American political scene and invoking it has now become as essential as baby kissing But this energy independence is political posturing at its worst - a concept that is unrealistic, misguided, and ultimately harmful to energy-producing and consuming countries alike. And it is often deployed as little more than code for arguing that the United States has a dangerous reliance on my country of Saudi Arabia, which gets blamed for everything from global terrorism to high gasoline prices." "There is no technology on the horizon that can replace oil as the fuel for the United States' for everything from global terrorism to high gasoline prices." "There is no technology on the horizon that can replace oil as the fuel for the United State's massive manufacturing, transportation and military needs; any future, no matter how wishful, will include a mix of renewable and nonrenewable fuels." "Considering this, efforts spent proselytizing about energy independence should instead focus on acknowledging energy interdependence. Like it or not, the fates of the United States and Saudi Arabia are connected and will remain so for decades to come." In my mind, these very balanced observations by Turki al-Faisal are wise and statesman-like. Furthermore, his perspective is much more likely to produce constructive results between the U.S. and Saudi Arabia than exaggeration and wishful thinking. What the U.S. must keep in mind is that it is GOD who placed the oil beneath the sands of Saudi Arabia and that it is not for the U.S. to resent. For ultimately, it is the nation of Saudi Arabia also that is one of the nations that has been given to the Messiah as his possession. As for the oil beneath the Saudi sands, for the nation of Saudi Arabia to have the justified resentment toward the U.S. for always taking the side of Israel against the displaced Palestinians but yet to consistently treat the U.S. justly regarding its oil supply, is something for the U.S. to express appreciation for instead of often demonstrating embitterment toward the Saudi people and nation. Before I discontinue commenting on Saudi Arabia, I will comment on a relevant issue concerning the greedy and often irresponsible U.S. banking industry that relates to the U.S. consistently scapegoating Saudi Arabia. American Bankers Association CEO Ed YinglingThere can be little argument that it has been the irresponsibility and greed of much of the powerful U.S. banking industry which deserves much of the blame for the great suffering brought to the homes and families of tens of millions throughout the world that began with the U.S. financial crises. Yet, how many of us have ever heard of the acronym ABA which stands for American Bankers Association. Nor have most of us ever heard of its CEO and President, Ed Yingling, who is one of the world's most significant CEOs. According to Christopher Hayes writing in the June 22, 2009 Nation Magazine, there is a quote from U.S. Senator Durbin regarding how the U.S. banking lobby is so powerful that the U.S. Senate is virtually helpless in dealing with them though it is banks to which we the tax payers gave billions of billions of dollars in bail out money. After Senator Durbin watched a bill that the lobbyists of the American Bankers Association headed by Ed Yingling, go down to the defeat that the bankers wanted, Senator Durbin frustratingly observed regarding the banks, "frankly (they) own the place." Apparently, many in power now consider the bankers to be a "heretofore undiscovered fourth branch of government." My point is this. Though I am discussing Saudi Arabia in these paragraphs, and have already discussed China, this ABA that has such powerful lobbyists similar to the power of Zionist lobby if not even more of a law unto themselves, makes decision affecting the financial stability of the entire world. Yet, it is China who keeps the U.S. financially afloat by their huge loans to the U.S. And it is Saudi Arabia who stabilizes the industrial world with their faithful and consistent oil output. But both of these nations are consistently and unfairly scapegoated by the U.S. Congress, the U.S. lobbyists and the U.S. public. But here is an out of control, powerful lobbyist-supported organization like the ABA which can bring the entire world to its knees economically, and the two key nations that the U.S. are so dependent upon for internal stability and external stability, can't begin to even influence the U.S. Senate, the House of Representatives or the Administration to reign in their own out of control banking industry. But these banks are in virtual control of the U.S. government which is supposed to be regulating them, not the other way around. But due to the way our government is so influenced by these banking lobbyists, it appears that our government is virtually for sale to the highest bidder. But we can always deflect our people's awareness from this extremely significant deficiency and corruption by pointing fingers regarding one thing or another about China and somehow manipulating our people to be frustrated with Saudi Arabia for virtually influencing us to be dependent on the oil that GOD has seen fit to have given to them and not to us. The Tragedy of The Messiah's VietnamThis paper has already partially addressed the way that the arrogant leaders in the U.S. treated GOD's precious people of Vietnam as though they were all worthless garbage. It truly baffles me that arrogant American human beings, just because they happen to have experienced the accident of having been born in a nation that is a super power, sometimes think that that gives us the right to exploit a weaker sovereign nation and treat its inhabitants as so many rabbits to be hunted and not killed, but murdered. But at least according to the excellent article in the August 3/10/09 Nation Magazine, Defense Secretary Robert McNamara actually shed tears when he could finally admit to himself that the U.S. was not unjustly killing Vietnamese but was unjustly slaughtering innocents in Vietnam. And this occurred because so many of America's best and brightest from the top universities in the U.S. had worked out simplistic constructs in their minds that caused them to tell each other that the U.S. had the right to slaughter GOD's human beings who had the misfortune to live in that South East Asian pool of blood. But, for Mr. McNamara, this nation that his policies so devastated, is the inheritance of the man who he will one coming day stand before as Judge. And to think that it is very possible that it is only this one U.S. Defense Secretary who made so many of the bloody policies, was the only guilty U.S. leader who actually shed tears. Truly, as the blood of righteous Abel/Habel is still crying out from the ground because of his murder by his brother Cain, so is the blood of all the slaughtered Vietnamese still crying out to GOD for vengeance. Yet, despite this relatively brief interlude in world history where the U.S. has wrapped itself in the cloak of a supposedly Christian nation even as blood drips from the hands of so many of our policy makers, a new day is coming. At that rapidly approaching time our Risen Omnipresent Messiah will bring healing to the nations that he has inherited. This will either be before or after he has judged the self appointed butchers from many nations. Though I have just written briefly and even superficially about four of the nations who are the Risen Messiah's inheritance from ALLAH, the point is this. Even though both our Risen Messiah and the Prophet Moses both very seriously and solemnly stated that "man must not live by bread alone but from the words (and perspectives) from GOD" (Deuteronomy 8:3, Matthew 4:4 and Luke 4:4), Western leaders brush this solemn warning off as if it were one of a bunch of bothersome files at a picnic. But this warning is not a fly at a picnic but is a very serious perspective form GOD that all of us ignore to our great eternal peril. So the nations are His Risen Messiah's possession and those leaders who deliberately treat these weaker nations like so much garbage will pay an eternal price. ALLAH's Messiah Who is The Quran's Messiah Is Not InsignificantThere will be Muslim skeptics who will say that I have gone too far in suggesting that the Risen Messiah will be designated by GOD to possess the nations. Muslims for their own reasons strain to make the one who the Quran exalts to the status of eminence in the world to come (wajih), (Al-Imran 3:45) shrink that eminence down to such a microscopic eminence that it is not eminence that Muslim's can be proud of but an indistinguishable, unnoticed speck lost somewhere in the vast universe who Muslims seldom speak of. Yet, the Quran gives him the title of Messiah no less than eleven times. Why is it oh Muslims, that you work so hard to demean the Messiah? You always insist on who he is not rather than who he is. Your emphasis is on what he did not accomplish rather than on what he did accomplish. It seems as though Muslims believe that it brings more honor to the Quran to claim that it portrays a Messiah who ALLAH assisted to be an escape artist rather than the true Messiah who ALLAH empowered to be a conqueror; a conqueror of not only the evil plans of the Jews but also a conqueror of death. Where among today's Muslims is an emulation of the exciting, victorious positive spirit of the Prophet Muhammad. Instead of being negative, the Quran portrays him as positively proclaiming with joyful anticipation but with intellectual reserve but not emotional reserve: "If the All Merciful had a son, I would be the first to worship." (Al-Zukhruf 43:81) In a similar spirit, Muslim's should be proclaiming, "If the All Merciful has given His Messiah the nations as his inheritance, we will be the first to rejoice." back to "Late 2007 - 2009" page __________________________________________________________ _________________________________________ __________________________ _____________ |
